Please include the email used for your account, your iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened.
Account and privacy requests
You can delete fits, closet items, try-ons, friends, or your full account from inside the app. For help with account deletion or data access, email support and include "privacy request" in the subject line.
Report content or safety concerns
Today's Fit has zero tolerance for objectionable content. You can report or block another user from inside the app. For urgent safety concerns, email support and include "safety report" in the subject line.
Troubleshooting
- Make sure you are using the latest version of Today's Fit from the App Store.
- Check that your internet connection is working before uploading a fit or try-on.
- Restart the app if a screen looks stuck or a photo does not finish processing.
- If the issue continues, email support with a screenshot if you can include one.
